Welcome to my video blog! Here I will be sending you updates twice a month. We have had a great year; 2013 started with a real bang. We had a very early start in February when most things are typically starting in April. The market went strong though the Fourth of July until the interest rate bump and the government shutdown began to slow the market down.

The current lack of inventory would indicate that we are in a seller’s market; with 2.46 months of inventory, we would historically be in a seller’s market. However, we are in a transition period where the market is beginning to level as sellers are losing power in controller prices.
