When you leave town, your listing does not. Regardless of whether you or your agent goes on vacation, your home remains on the market. We have an entire staff dedicated to the sale of your home, and they will help you through your transaction at all times. If you're working with a single agent, your listing goes on vacation as soon as they do because they have no one to take care of it.
The lines of communication are always open. If your agent is out of town, or if a team leader leaves for Hawaii (like me!), nothing changes. There is a full administrative staff who are familiar with the details of your listing and are willing and able to help with questions and concerns.
